Create an Application

The Create Application web page lets you enter FHOG application details and lodge a FHOG application in the system. See Application Creation Notes for more details.

To create an application:

1. Complete eligibility information .
2. Complete administrative details .
3. Complete contact details for the main (contact) applicant.
4. Complete address details for the main (contact) applicant.
5. If the applicant has a spouse, complete spouse details .
6. Complete purchase property details .
7. Complete documentation details .
8. Complete settlement and payment details .
9. Answer Addendum Questions (QLD Jurisdiction Only) .
10. To add further applicants to the application, click Add Applicant.
11. To attach a note to the application, or view attached notes, click Application Notes .
12. If there are no further applicants, click Save Application.
