Application Creation Notes
To
create an application, you need a user role of Broker, Process or Administrator.
Note: if you are a Broker you cannot modify an
existing application. You must enter all the application details before initially
saving the application.
The minimum information needed to create an application
is:

the name, birth and contact details of the contact
applicant.

If the applicant has a spouse, the full name and birth
details of the spouse must be added before the application can be saved.
However, the application cannot be processed until all
the application information is completed.
Note: if you are a Broker, you must enter all
the application details before saving, as you cannot modify an existing application.
