Adding and Viewing Application Notes

The Application Notes page is used to add and view notes that are recorded against applications. Notes are comments that can be recorded by any user at any time. Notes cannot be deleted or modified.

If any notes are stored against the application, they will be displayed on this page, with the most recent notes listed at the top. For each note you can see who created the note, when the note was created, and the content of the note itself.

To add a note:

  1. Enter the text of the note in the New Note field.

  2. If you belong to an SRO, the SRO Only field will be available. By default this field is set to 'Yes' so the note can only be viewed by SRO users.

  3. If your note pertains to a matter that you would like to be investigated by SRO compliance staff from your jurisdiction, select 'Yes' in the Audit Required field.

Note: In WA Jurisdiction, the 'Audit Required' field will automatically be set to 'Yes' for applications that have previously been approved.

  4. Click Save. You will be returned to the Application Details page.
