Searching for an Application
This
help topic explains how to find an existing application or a group of applications.
To display a set of applications by status:
-
Enter one or more
Application search criteria
to limit the applications displayed. The less information you have about the
application, the longer the search results list is likely to be.
-
To display all applicants
(including spouse and other applicants) that fulfil the criteria,
press Search for Applicant. The selected applications are listed, in UIN
number order, with the matching applicant’s name displayed.
-
To list all applications
that fulfil the criteria, press Search for Application.
The selected applications are listed, in UIN number order, with the contact applicant’s
name displayed.
-
Click on an Application UIN to display the application
details.
Notes:
-
If you enter a UIN, and the application is found,
the application details are immediately displayed.
-
You can modify only applications in the jurisdiction
you are logged into. If you have access to more than one jurisdiction and you
wish to modify the application, return to the FHOG home page and change to the
jurisdiction of the application before repeating the search.
-
If you belong to a Financial Institution, you can
only display applications created by users from your Financial Institution; if
your User Role is Broker, you can only display applications that you created.
-
See
Types of searching
for details of which applications will be returned by the search.
