Extension Report

The Extension Report displays all applications that have an Extension to Hold Grant request. They are displayed here until the application has either been "Approved" or "Denied" (via the Extension Report) or have the "Extension to Hold Grant" withdrawn.


To process an application on the Extension Report you must be an SRO user and need a user role of Compliance or Supervisor.

To process an application, while in the Extension Report:

To display application details, click on the UIN of the application you want to view.
1. To postpone your decision, click on the No Action button.
2. To approve an extension, click on the Approve button.
3. To deny an extension, click on the Deny button.

When you have processed all the applications you want, take one of the following actions:

• To save all your changes, press Save.
• To exit the Extension Report without saving your changes, press Close.

The FHOG Home Page is displayed.
