Residency Report

The Residency Report displays residency requirement details for selected applications. By default, the report shows all applications from your jurisdiction where the residency requirement has not been met and a 'Section 45' notice has not yet been sent.

To view the Audit Report you need to be an SRO user with a user role of < b>Administrator, Supervisor or Compliance.

To select the applications displayed in the audit report, use the controls at the top of the report:

Met Display applications with Residency Requirement = 'Yes' or 'Yes (Data Match)'. If you select this checkbox you must also fill in the 'Letter Sent From' and 'To' fields.
Not Met Display applications with Residency Requirement = 'No' or 'No Reply'.
45 Notice Sent Display applications for which a 45 Notice has been sent.
Under Review Display applications with Residency Requirement = 'Under Review'.
Unknown Display applications with Residency Requirement = Blank or 'Returned Unopened Mail'.
Letter Sent From Display applications where a Residency Letter was sent on or after this date.
To Display applications where a Residency Letter was sent on or before this date
Refresh Click this button to redisplay the report with the the revised selection criteria

While viewing the Residency Report, you can carry out any of the following actions:
  1. To display application details, click on the UIN of the application you want to view.
  2. To change an application's Residency Requirement field to 'Yes', click on the Residency Met button.
  3. To change an application's Residency Requirement field to 'No', and set its '45 Notice Sent' field to today's date, click on the 45 Notice button.
