Reactivate Application
This
help topic explains how to reactivate an application that has been manually suspended,
or automatically cancelled, suspended or rejected.
An application can be reactivated if:

It was automatically matched with an existing unpaid
application. The applications would both have a Suspended status and a status
reason of Match Found.

It was manually linked to an existing unpaid application.
The applications would both have a Suspended status and a status reason of
Match Found.

It was cancelled by the Cancel Inactive Application
batch job after 12 months of inactivity. This application would have a status
of Cancelled with a status reason of Inactivity.

It is in a Suspended status with a status reason
of Pending Verification. If the application is proved valid it may now be
recommended for payment.

It is in a Suspended status with a status reason
of Pending Verification by SRO. If the application is proved valid an SRO officer may now
recommend it for payment (applications that are Pending Verification by SRO can only be reactivated by SRO users).

It is in a Suspended status with a status reason
of Incomplete/Incorrect. If the application is proved valid it may now be
recommended for payment.
To reactivate the application,
click Reactivate Application. The database automatically returns the application
status and the application status reason to their settings previous to the suspension
or cancellation of the application.
The FHOG home page is displayed, with the following message:
Application UIN ## has been successfully reactivated.
