Override Rejection

This help topic explains how to reactivate an application that has been rejected. This should be done only at the Commissioner's discretion.

To override rejection of an application, press Override Rejection on the View Application page.

The Confirm Rejection Override page is displayed.

Enter the reason for reactivating the application into the Rejection Override Reason field and click Override Rejection.

The application will be reset to Pending status, and then standard eligibility checks will be reapplied. The application may end up at Pending, Recommended or Suspended status, depending on the result of the eligibility checks.
