Print Application
This help topic explains how to print a FHOG application form identical to the form that can be printed from the FHOG public website, but with all the details of the current application entered.

  1. Click Print Application. A new browser window is opened, containing the application form in a printable (PDF) format. Note: This printable form cannot be edited.
  2. Click the Print icon on the browser window.
  3. If there are more than two applicants, a Next button is displayed on the right hand side of the application. Press this button to display the application details for the next two applicants, then press Print on the Acrobat toolbar to print their details.
  4. Close the browser window containing the printable application form.
