Cancel Application

This help topic explains how to cancel an application so that the grant cannot be paid. This is usually done because the sale of the property does not go through. A manually cancelled application cannot be reactivated.

To cancel an application, click Cancel Application. You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. If confirmed, the database is automatically updated to reflect the new application status Cancelled and the application status reason Application Withdrawn.

The FHOG home page is displayed, with the following message:

Application UIN ## has been successfully cancelled.
