Modify User

To modify user details you must have a user role of Support, User Support or FI Support for the jurisdictions the user will have access to.

To modify user details:

  1. Complete the User fields .
  2. Select the appropriate User Jurisdictional Roles. For each jurisdiction, select the user role or roles this user needs (Note: SRO users with the User Support role are not authorized to update user roles).
  3. Press Save to save the changed user details. The Administration Menu page is displayed.
To Suspend a user:

  1. Click the Suspend User button.
  2. The user's status will change to 'Suspended' with a status reason of 'Suspended by Administrator'.
  3. The user will not be able to log in while their account is Suspended.
To Terminate a user:

  1. Click the Terminate User button.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the Termination Date. Enter today's date to terminate the user's account immediately, or a future date to have the account terminated automatically on that date.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The user will not be able to log in after their account is Terminated.
To Reactivate a Suspended or Terminated user:

  1. Click the Reactivate User button.
  2. The user's status will change to 'Active'.
  3. The user will now be able to log in.
