Modify User
To modify user details you must have a
user role
of Support, User Support or FI Support for the jurisdictions the user will have access to.
To modify user details:

Complete the
User fields
.

Select the appropriate User Jurisdictional Roles.
For each jurisdiction, select the
user role
or roles this user needs (Note: SRO users with the User Support role are not authorized to update user roles).

Press Save to save the changed user details. The
Administration Menu page is displayed.
To Suspend a user:

Click the Suspend User button.

The user's status will change to 'Suspended' with a status reason of 'Suspended by Administrator'.

The user will not be able to log in while their account is Suspended.
To Terminate a user:

Click the Terminate User button.

You will be prompted to enter the Termination Date. Enter today's date to terminate the user's account immediately, or a future date to have the account terminated automatically on that date.

Click Save.

The user will not be able to log in after their account is Terminated.
To Reactivate a Suspended or Terminated user:

Click the Reactivate User button.

The user's status will change to 'Active'.

The user will now be able to log in.
