Maintaining User Sessions

The most common reason for ending a user session is that the user closed their browser without logging off from FHOG.

To terminate a user session you must have a user role of Support for the jurisdiction the user is in.

Before you terminate a user session check that this is the correct user session. The Last Action Date displays the date and time the last action was taken in the session.

To end a user session, once you are in the Maintain User Sessions page:

  1. Click on the Terminate Session check box of the session or sessions you wish to end.
  2. Check the Last Action Date of the session, to determine that this is the correct session. The user who requested this action should be able to tell you when they last used their logon.
  3. Press Save to terminate the selected sessions and return to the Administration menu.
  4. Press Cancel and Exit if you do not want to terminate a user session.
