Offset Date	Enter the date the stamp duty is to be paid.
Stamp Duty Amount	(QLD only) Enter the stamp duty amount payable for the property transfer. If this is less than the grant, the remainder will be paid to the applicant up to the value of the property contract.
Stamp Duty Amount (Land Transfer)	(VIC only) Enter the stamp duty amount payable for the land transfer. If the sum of the Stamp Duty Amount (Land Transfer) and the Stamp Duty Amount (Mortgages) is less than the grant, the remainder will be paid to the applicant up to the value of the property contract.
Stamp Duty Amount (Mortgages)	(VIC only) Enter the stamp duty amount payable for the mortgages. If the sum of the Stamp Duty Amount (Land Transfer) and the Stamp Duty Amount (Mortgages) is less than the grant, the remainder will be paid to the applicant up to the value of the property contract.
