Addendum Report

The Addendum Report (QLD only) displays all applications whose status is 'Pending / Incomplete Addendum', 'Suspended / Pending Verification of Addendum', 'Suspended / Pending Verification of Residency' or 'Suspended / Pending Verification of New Home'.

To view the Addendum Report you need to be an SRO user with the Administrator user role.

To process an application from the Addendum Report:

1. To display application details, click on the UIN of the application you want to view. You can update and save the application, or just close it, and you will return directly to the Addendum Report.
   
   
2. To reactivate an application that has been authorised to proceed despite one or more 'ineligible' addendum response(s), click on the Reactivate button. The application's status will change to 'Approved'.
   
   
3. To reject an application because of one or more 'ineligible' addendum response(s), click on the Reject button. The application's status will change to 'Rejected / Ineligible'.
   
   

When you have processed all the applications, take one of the following actions:

• To save all your changes, click Save.
• To exit the Addendum Report without saving your changes, click Close.

The FHOG Home Page is displayed.
