Add Financial Organisation

To add a financial organisation to FHOG you must have a user role of Support for the jurisdictions the financial organisation will cover.

To add a financial organisation:

  1. Complete the Financial Organisation fields as required.

  2. Press Save to save the financial organisation.

The organisation has now been created, but does not yet have access to create new FHOG applications in any jurisdictions. You can grant jurisdiction access to any jurisdictions for which you have a user role of Support. However, before jurisdiction access is granted to a Financial Institution (not a State Revenue Office), default bank accounts must be created.

To create a new bank account:

  1. Scroll down to the Bank Accounts section of the form, and press Add Bank Account . The Add Bank Account page will be displayed.

After the necessary Bank Accounts have been set up, you can grant the organisation access to jurisdictions as follows:

  1. Find the Jurisdiction Access section of the form, and click on the check box for each jurisdiction the financial organisation can access.

    Note: you can only select jurisdictions that you can access.


  2. Press Save to save your changes.
