Residency Requirement

The Residency Requirement form shows details of whether or not an application has satisfied the residency requirement as per the First Home Owner Grant legislation.

Residency Requirement Met The application's current residency status
Residency Letter Sent Date on which the residency letter was sent (automatically set by the Residency Letter batch job or can be manually updated via this form)
Residency Reply Received Date on which the Residency Statutory Declaration was processed (automatically set by the Upload Residency Barcode facility or can be manually updated via this form)
Residency Reminder Sent Date on which the residency reminder letter was sent (automatically set by the Residency Letter batch job or can be manually updated via this form).
45 Notice Sent Date on which a 'Section 45' notice was sent (updated via the Residency Report or can be manually updated via this form)
Exported for Data Matching Date on which the application was exported for data matching (automatically set by the Residency Data Match File batch job).
Result Processed Date on which the data matching results were uploaded (automatically set by the Upload Residency Response File facility)
Data Match Found Result of the data match (YES / NO)
Data Match Address Address fields returned by the data matching process. Automatically set by the Upload Residency Response File facility or can be manually updated via this form. Residency Letter and Reminder Letter will be sent to this address if it is available.

To update an application's residency details:

  1. Update the details as required.
  2. Click Save.
