Refund fields

Refund from RECOUPS	Select Yes or No from the drop down list. This field is only enabled if the Objection/Appeal Decision is Upheld.
These fields are only enabled if there is a Refund from RECOUPS.
Refund of Penalty Only	Select Yes or No from the drop down list.
Amount of Refund	Enter the amount of refund paid through RECOUPS.
RECOUPS Client ID	Enter the client identification number under which the refund will be issued in RECOUPS.
