Date Objection Received	Enter the date the objection was received from the applicant.
Reason for Objection Decision	Enter an explanation of the decision (that is, the reason for the decision) in the scrolling text box provided. There is no practical limit on the amount of text you can enter.
Objection Decision	Select either Upheld or Denied from the drop-down list.
Ex Gratia Payment Made	Click on the check box if an ex gratia payment was made.
Objection Reference Number	Enter the reference number for the objection in the textbox.
