Modify Reference Data

To change the reference data displayed in the Modify Reference Data page:

1. Change the data in the Value field. Refer to the field type in the table below for an explanation of its purpose.
2. Press Save to save the change. The Administration Menu page is displayed with a message that the data has been modified.

The next time the batch jobs are processed, the batch job settings will come into effect.

APPLICATION FORM URL	The URL (web address) of the printable PDF version of the FHOG application form for your jurisdiction. This is displayed as a link when the user clicks 'Print Application' on the Home Page. The address must be entered in full, including the http:// prefix. If no address is available, enter a dash (-) and the link will not be displayed.
APP COMMISSIONER	The name of the commissioner. This name appears on FHOG application approval letters.
APP TELEPHONE	The Revenue Office contact telephone number that appears on FHOG application approval letters.
COMPLIANCE CHECK PERCENTAGE	The percentage of applications randomly selected for compliance checking by the compliance batch job.
CONSIDERATION HIGH	An online warning message will appear in the Create/Modify Application page is an amount is entered into the 'Consideration' field that is greater than or equal to the set value. Enter a number (e.g. 1000000) for normal operation. Enter 'ALWAYS' to always display the warning message, or 'NEVER' to disable the message.

INCOMPLETE LETTER TELEPHONE	The Revenue Office contact telephone number that appears on FHOG 'Incomplete Application' letters (NSW only).
PAYFI	The number of days before settlement to pay the grant to a Financial Institution. For example, -7 will generate the grant payment seven days before settlement is due.
PAYIND	The number of days before settlement to pay the grant directly to an applicant.
REJ COMMISSIONER	The name of the commissioner. This name appears on FHOG application rejection letters.
REJ TELEPHONE	The Revenue Office contact telephone number that appears on FHOG application rejection letters.
RESIDENCY DATA MATCH PERIOD	The number of days before the residency letter is sent, that an application should be exported for residency data matching (allow number of days between data match batch runs plus number of days for turnaround of data match file).
RESIDENCY PERIOD	The number of days after completion of the eligible transaction that the residency letter is to be sent.
RESIDENCY REMINDER PERIOD	The number of days after dispatch of the residency letter, that a residency reminder letter should be sent.
RESIDENCY START DATE	The earliest transaction completion date for which residency letters are to be sent.
SRO LOGO	The file name of the logo of the jurisdiction.
SUSPEND APPLICATION	Type Y if the applications selected for compliance checking are to be set to Suspended. Type N if the applications are not to be suspended, but only listed in the Compliance Report for review.
SIMILAR MATCHES SHOW PAID	Type Y to include matches in the Similar Matches Report where one application is from your jurisdiction, with Status = 'Paid', and the other application is from a different jurisdiction. Type N to exclude matches from the Similar Matches Report where one application is from your jurisdiction, with Status = 'Paid', and the other application is from a different jurisdiction.
VALIDATE_POSTAL_ ADDRESS	Type Y to enable the Address Validation facility for postal addresses in your jurisdiction. Type N to disable the Address Validation facility for postal addresses in your jurisdiction.
VALIDATE_PROPERTY_ ADDRESS	Type Y to enable the Address Validation facility for property addresses in your jurisdiction. Type N to disable the Address Validation facility for property addresses in your jurisdiction.
VALIDATE_RESIDENTIAL_ ADDRESS	Type Y to enable the Address Validation facility for residential addresses in your jurisdiction. Type N to disable the Address Validation facility for residential addresses in your jurisdiction.
