To find an existing user:

1. If necessary, enter the organisations Name. You can search for a like match, using the first few letters of the name.
2. If necessary, select the Type of financial organisation from the drop-down list.
3. Press Search. The Financial Organisation Search Results page is displayed.
4. Click on the ID of the financial organisation to display or change user details.
