Complete cheque details

In the Cheque Details section, complete the following fields:

Cheque Name

Enter the payee name.

Enter the address to which the cheque will be sent.

Street No	Enter the street number. Include a unit number if appropriate. Leave this field blank if the address is a post office box.
Street Name	Enter the street name and suffix. If the address is a post office box, type the box details here.
Suburb	Enter the suburb, town or locality to send the cheque.
State	Select the state from the drop-down list.
Postcode	Enter the postcode.
