Application Statuses

Status	Description
Pending	A pending application is an application that is not complete—all the details have not yet been entered.
Recommended	A completed application that has passed the eligibility test and was: entered by a user with an Automatic Approval role entered by a user with only a Process role and been recommended for payment by a user with a Supervisor role. This status will change to either Approved or Rejected after the overnight batch job.
Approved	The application has passed the eligibility test and was approved for payment by the overnight batch job.
Paid	The grant has been paid.
Suspended	A suspended application is an application that: was entered by a user with only a Process role; has either an exact match or is manually linked to one or more similar applications; or was manually suspended so it can be investigated before payment.
Cancelled	The applicant has decided to withdraw the application.
Rejected	Applications are rejected either: automatically because they are ineligible; or manually because they have failed the compliance check.
